Home based Wordpress/web designer

We are looking for a FULL TIME web programmer for a LONG TERM working relationship.
We need someone that can do: wordpress and HTML websites and is able to learn new programming languages quickly.
The qualities of the ideal candidate is someone that can work INDEPENDENTLY with minimal supervision, is HONEST and RELIABLE, able to move fast to get projects completed QUICKLY and properly the FIRST TIME without continually needing to go back and fix errors or mistakes. We give you a lot of FREEDOM to work on your own. We want someone that gets the vision of what we are looking for and gets it done.
We would like to start by first assigning a test task for prospective candidates. After the test is completed we will choose the best candidate.
