full time Store Manager

at Primer Group of Companies in Malate Manila

Performs day-to-day management of the store in accordance with the overall company policy and improve the commercial performance of the store by increasing its inventory turnover and maximizing profitability. Major parts of the job include the following main areas of retail activity: store operations; human resources; finance; buying; customer care; marketing; logistics; and administration.

Qualifications:

*Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. *Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects. *Strong interpersonal and communication skills *Ability to analyze and solve problems. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Ability to develop, plan and implement short- and long-range goals. *Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues. *At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
