full time MANAGEMENT TRAINEES AND SALES REPRESENTATIVES

at Gladys Lacambra in Davao City, General Santos

Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Sales and Distribution
•At the entry level, you are expected to undergo Sales and Distribution training. We expect you to achieve high competency levels in sales before you move on to Phase

Phase 2: Team Management
•With the foundation in Sales and Distribution, you are expected to teach, train, and manage a team of 5-7 individuals. With proper training provided.

Phase 3: Branch Management
•With the foundation in Team management, we train you in terms of running a branch office involving both the Administration Aspects and the Operations Aspects. You are expected to manage a team of 20+ individuals and are responsible for your respective branch office
•Full traning provided by our very own trainers from the U.S.A and Canada.
•Top performers will be invited to travel throughout Asia on a regular basis.

Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's Degree of any course.
•Must have a good English communication skills, hard working, responsible and great attitude.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Davao.
•Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
•70 Full-Time positions available.
