Helpdesk Support Specialist
at KAISA CONSULTING COMPANY INC. in Roces Avenue, Diliman Quezon City
- Graduate of a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least one year of working experience in performing the following:
-Computer Hardware Servicing
-Windows Operating System Installation/Troubleshooting
-Linux Operating System Installation/Troubleshooting
-Experience in resolving customers' technical queries and concerns
-Experience in design and enforce request handling and escalation policies and procedures.
-Experience in processing of incoming calls and ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end user issues by both troubleshooting and liaising with the Technical Services Team.
-Candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Candidate must have excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-Candidate must be willing to work on graveyard shift.
