Vice President – Sales & Marketing
• BS/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
• At least 10 years experience in managing and directly a highly skilled
motivated and successful and results-oriented Sales force
• Thorough knowledge of sales and advertising/ internet media including
trade associations and competitors.
• Process strong leadership, communication (both verbal and written) and
customer service skills Exchanges information with other clearly and
concisely.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• A demonstrated ability to keep abreast of emerging technology
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with
managers and employees, along with working with external clients, or
customers.
• Ability to maintain group priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a highly competitive and dynamic sales environment.
• Ability to respond to frequent pressures to meet deadlines when work
speed and sustained accuracy are paramount
• Ability to respond to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and
external).
• Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.
• Strong foundation in strategic and tactical selling for a complex sale
• Highly effective sales management abilities.
• Noted high level client and agency contacts in specific memorial parks and
gardens.
• Possesses a demonstrated track record of high customer satisfaction.
• Strong ability to be collaborative within a matrix organizational structure. Must
be savvy and understand the interactive the advertising space – customers,
marketing, standards.
• Proven track record in attracting and retaining a diverse world-class team with demonstrated ability to develop employee skills
• Team player who can sell ideas and accomplish tasks.
• High professional ethics and integrity
• Salary Php 65,000.00 negotiable
