The Business Development Supervisor (BDS) is an outside sales position responsible for prospecting new business clients. As clients are established the BDS is responsible for maintaining those existing to obtain steady market growth.
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
Responsibilities:
• Perform inside and outside prospecting activities to identify qualified clients for new business development
• Develop a creative plan to generate leads through prospecting multiple sources, cold calling, in-person visits, and telephone and email campaigns
• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients, networking groups, professional organizations and the community in order to develop new business.
• Research and approach potential business customers
• Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business customers
• Consistently close new business subject to personal desired quota
Qualifications
• graduate of any course and have a passion in selling
• Willing to be trained
• Willing to travel locally and international
